WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE BRECON BEACONS
AT PETERSTONE COURT
The Bride, Jenny and her Groom, James had married in my favourite month of September at Peterstone Court. A Grade II listed house comfortably nestled into the beautiful Brecon Beacons backdrop that surrounds it. The perfect setting for wedding photography in the Brecon Beacons. They had their ceremony at a nearby country church, in short, it was such a gorgeous day!
The Bride got ready at Peterstone Court with her bridesmaids where certainly the atmosphere was full of excitement. Of course there was a glass or two of champagne. The Groom got ready at a local Inn with his groomsmen, likewise the excitement was mounting. Similarly, the chaps partook in a beer whilst the groom gave out some well received gifts.
The ceremony was a beautiful service at the quaint church of St Peter & St Illtyd just a leisurely stroll at the end of Peterstone Court’s drive. However, as was the family tradition, Jenny rode to the church in her great uncle’s prized vintage car. The bridesmaids, on the other hand took the route on foot.
Jenny & James held their reception in the grounds of Peterstone Court. They chose the venue because the bride had always dreamed of a Welsh wedding with heartfelt, fine art wedding photography. Peterstone Court is a beautiful Georgian house and a lovely backdrop to the relaxed wedding Jenny and James had wanted.
They had a drinks reception in the afternoon before they led their guests to the marquee for the wedding breakfast. Their marquee was decorated in simple white and green hues with ivy wound around the tables and chairs.
The live band for the evening dancing really got the dance floor rocking, of course making a great ending to a marvellous day.
The Bride wore a stunning dress from Pronovia’s in addition the Groom wore a dark blue suit from Reiss.
